If you encounter difficulties in accessing VDD, please install latest version of web browsers. You can download


  • All user names created before Feb-1/2012 are removed, so you are expected to create your user name
  • You are free to use your favorite user name, but it is mandatory to use your declarant reference code in field Declarant code.
  • More than one user can be registered using single Declarant code
  • User names need to be approved by ERCA before accessing VDD
  • ERCA officer are at AAL and AAA to support you on any question about VDD
